Editorial Independence
MARA Rating Company reserves the sole right to decide what content it publishes, updates, or withdraws. All editorial decisions are made independently of any payments, sponsorships, or commercial arrangements that may occur in connection with a report or its update.
Reporting an Error or Requesting a Takedown
Please email sales@mararating.com with the subject line “Correction/Takedown Request.”
Include the following information (modeled on standard DMCA fields):
- URL or Document Reference — the exact web page or PDF section you believe is inaccurate or infringing.
- Description of the Issue — a clear summary of the error or the grounds for removal.
- Supporting Evidence — citations, documents, or data that substantiate your claim.
- Your Contact Details — name, organisation, email, and phone.
- Electronic Signature — a statement confirming you have a good-faith belief in the claim’s accuracy.
Our Commitment
- Acknowledgement: We will confirm receipt of your email within 48 hours (business days).
- Assessment & Action: We will investigate and respond with a resolution—correction, update, or justified refusal—within 10 calendar days.
- Transparency: Substantive corrections will be noted in the document’s revision history and, if relevant, a public erratum will be posted.
- Right of Appeal: If you disagree with our decision, you may request a secondary review by our Editorial Oversight Committee.
